THE STORY:

When Odysseus was hosted in the land of the Phaeacians (Corfu), he was offered plenty of wine! From there we bring the local rare variety "Kakotrigis" which takes its name from the difficulty in harvesting as its brunch is very hard.

FLAVORING CHARACTERISTICS:

Lemon blossoms aromas. Full body taste with a long aftertaste, its high acidity makes it ideal for grilled fish with lemon.

Seafood, fish, white meats with lemon sauces.
