Water Infrastructure
The water springs are a vital part of the community’s infrastructure, providing drinking water all year round. Subsoil geological research which will increase the water flow from the springs and improve the quality of water. In collaboration with the Department of Geology, University of Patras.
Rural Hotel - Renovation Project
In ruins; a project that will breath new life into an old farm house surrounded by a fascinating pine forest.
A picturesque memorial to the past — physical reminder of what once was and the inescapable powers of time and decay. But every old building has the potential to shelter once again, to become a historic frame for a contemporary space.
Residence
A stone house standing proudly on the ridge with views across the pine forest to the sea. Built using traditional techniques and local materials. Set in a land full of aromatic herbs - rosemary, lavender, oregano and thyme blooming under the sun surrounded by groves with trees up to 500 years old, an enclave of pared-down relaxation and rural simplicity.

RECLAIMED SAILS
DEDICATED TO CHANGE
Handmade bags using reclaimed boat sails. Instead of being discarded, this strong, weathered material is given a new purpose.
Each bag is unique, shaped by the marks, texture and history of the sail it came from. Durable, simple and made to last — nothing wasted, only reused.
