THE STORY:

A boutique winery since 1927, has now passed to the 3rd generation, continuing the tradition in the production of quality wines, making it perhaps the only winery with the most awards in the prefecture of Achaia.

FLAVORING CHARACTERISTICS:

On the nose, strong aromas of citrus and flowers, apricot, rose and rose sugar complemented by notes of grapefruit. In the mouth it is thin with finesse and pleasant acidity that give it nerve and youthfulness.

PAIRS WITH:

Pasta salads, seafood, fish, shells and white cheeses. Ideal and pure as an aperitif.
